At Choose Your Choice, we specialize in customized and personalized products made according to customer requirements.

Refunds

All customized and personalized products are made to order. Therefore, refunds are not available once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Any advance payment, deposit, or partial payment made for an order is non-refundable after production has started.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Replacements

Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized products.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs of the product.

After review, we may offer a replacement where appropriate.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details, including names, photos, dates, messages, colors, and designs, before placing an order.

Choose Your Choice is not responsible for errors provided by the customer after order confirmation.
