At Choose Your Choice, customer satisfaction is important to us. As most of our products are customized and made to order, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Confirmation

Once an order has been confirmed and approved by the customer, it will be sent for processing and production.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided after an order has been confirmed.

Advance payments, deposits, and partial payments are non-refundable once production has begun.

Customized and personalized products cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized products.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, photos, dates, messages, and other customization details provided are accurate before confirming the order.
